To order by credit card via the phone:
                Call any of the following numbers. You'll either be talking
                 with a live person or our answering machine!
                 We will take your Visa, etc. information and charge your card
                        Your order will go out within 3 working days.

To order by PayPal:
                Note the price of the publication you want plus postage costs.
                Go to PayPal and make payment to NewYorkAncestry@aol.com
                Be sure to include in the comment section the book title and year,
                        if applicable.

To order by email*:
                Send to email address above. In "Subject Line" type Purchase Order.
                In body of email, include title(s), product # and price.
                Most important of all: leave your postal mail address.
                We will invoice you for payment.
            *Your email address is never, ever given out to a third party!

To order by postal mail:
                Print out the descriptive page of the book you wish to order.
                Next, go to the Order Form.
                Follow instructions.
                Send a check with your order to address on the form.

Postage costs:
              $5.00 for most publications; $3.00 if small;
                             $1.95 per newsletter year if published after 2001.
                (Discounts on postage are given for multiple items purchased.)
                When ordering by credit card at this site, the total charged for
                    multiple items purchased may be less (discounted) but it will
                    never be more than the amount shown you on your receipt.

                Expect 1 week - 10 days delivery time or less.

Return Policy:
A book may be returned for a refund only if it arrived in poor condition.
